We Offer Estate Sale Services


We provide Estate Sale Services for Midland and surrounding areas of the Permian Basin. The following is a short list of important considerations that we offer our clients:

  1. We charge a 30% commission of the total sales (depending on the size and quality of the estate).
  2. The client is only responsible for the ad in the newspaper.
  3. We reserve the right to have full control on pricing the merchandise to be sold.
  4. We ask that any and all merchandise to be taken by the family or Estate MUST be removed before we begin work on the sale.
  5. Items remove after we begin to clean and prepare the Estate for sale will be subject to a commission based on our discretion.
  6. We will conduct a clean and orderly sale
  7. We will compose and place all ads
  8. Will dispose of all items not sellable
  9. Unsold items can be donated or sold as a lot at the conclusion of the sale
  10. We provide all supplies, as needed, to conduct the sale.
